WHY WE STARTED
Chronic absenteeism is a complex challenge, and attendance data alone cannot explain the circumstances influencing each student’s absences. NxLevel Growth was founded on the belief that schools need responsible ways to include student perspectives in how they understand and respond to attendance challenges.

Josephine Douglas-Paige
Founder & CEO, NxLevel Growth™
Josephine Douglas-Paige is an entrepreneur and business strategist with more than four decades of experience helping individuals and organizations solve complex problems and improve how they work. Her career spans financial services, insurance, operations, organizational improvement, and productivity consulting.
She holds an MBA in Marketing and an MS in Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. Her experience developing practical responses to complex organizational challenges, together with her commitment to expanding educational opportunity, led her to found NxLevel Growth™ and develop Attendance Advantage™.
