Schools often have strong attendance data but less structured information about how students experience learning, connection, and motivation. NxLevel Growth was founded to help schools bring student perspectives into attendance and engagement decisions. Josephine Douglas-Paige
Founder & CEO, NxLevel Growth™
Josephine Douglas-Paige is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and lifelong problem-solver whose career has spanned financial services, insurance, operations, organizational improvement, and productivity consulting. For more than four decades, she has helped individuals and organizations improve how they work, make decisions, and turn complex challenges into practical solutions.
She holds an MBA in Marketing and an MS in Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Management. Based in Jersey City, Josephine is also a proud mother and grandmother. Her professional experience, entrepreneurial perspective, and personal commitment to expanding opportunities for young people inspired her to create NxLevel Growth and Attendance Advantage™.
